There are two methods of appointment in AIIMS
There are two processes for patients to make appointments with doctors at AIIMS. First offline i.e. in this process the patient or his family members have to stand in line and take an appointment. As soon as the appointment counter opens, many patients gather there. Because of which many patients are not able to get appointments. Keeping this in view, now the facility of online appointment has also been started in AIIMS. Patients can now come to AIIMS for treatment on the scheduled date by taking an appointment in advance.
Appointment on 50% basis
For appointments in AIIMS, 50 percent people are given offline appointments. So, 50 percent of the slots are reserved for the patients who take 50 percent online. This has now brought a lot of relief to the needy. But while talking about the patients taking online appointments, the AIIMS administration said that a large number of patients taking online appointments do not come to the hospital. In such a situation, because of those patients, other patients have to face problems. For this, the administration has said that if a patient is able to reach there on the same day by taking an online appointment, then he should cancel the appointment. So that someone else can take an appointment.
